MyWaiter provides the ability to your customers to direclty send their own orders from their hotel room, their beach or pool sunbed or their table at the restaurant using their smartphone or tablet.
Through our innovative MyWaiter app (iPhone, Android and Windows) they just need to scan a special Tag. MyWaiter app will then take care of downloading to their mobile device the appropriate price-list that corresponds to the place the client is (for example the beach bar if the client is at a sunbed on the beach). Then your clients can easily select the items they require, add them to their order and send it to be printed at the beach bar along with the number of their sunbed!
Offcourse, the pricelist is presented in your client’s language as is the app, since you can translate the pricelist to any languages you require.
And more importantly, the pricelist is always available to your clients so they can order at any moment the next thing they require.

Order Processing
The orders will be printed in your language and will include the exact position from where they were sent in the form of a place name and number (for example Room_0105). This is possible because each tag available to your customers is unique and includes this information.
From MyWaiter backoffice you can edit your pricelists, their translations, the points of sales, printout tags and see the your customers orders.
MyWaiter cooperates with OrderFAST wireless ordering system and all the orders received from MyWaiter are automatically embeded in OrderFAST like they have been sent from a waiter. In addition you can edit your pricelist using OrderFAST and upload it to MyWaiter or synchronize OrderFAST from the on line price list of MyWaiter.
